Virtual Borough Council Meeting – October 13, 2020 7:00pm

Notice is given that on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, in response to the COVID-19 virus state of emergency, the West Conshohocken Borough Council Meeting, scheduled for 7:00 PM on October 13, 2020, will be conducted virtually. Council will use a free cloud-based platform for remote video and audio conferencing, in order to promote the health, safety, and welfare of its citizens for its October meeting.

Accordingly, on October 13, 2020 at 7:00 PM, members of the public are invited to access and participate in the Borough’s virtual meeting. Please note the October 13, 2020 Meeting Agenda and detail directions as to how to access the virtual meeting, can be found on the Borough’s Website: westconsho.com on Monday, October 12, 2020

In the interest of the health, safety, and welfare of its citizens in response to the CoVID-19 crisis, the Council meeting on October 13, 2020, will be completely virtual and the Borough Hall will not be open for the October 13, 2020 meeting.

The application is free to the public.  The general public will be able to join the meeting via Webex.

In order to accommodate public comments at this meeting, the Borough will be accepting public comment in the following ways;

VIA EMAIL:

Emailed  comments should be directed to menglish@westconsho.com . All email comments MUST include your name and address, just as would be required if you were appearing in person. To ensure timely receipt for the meeting, comments MUST BE EMAILED NO LATER THAT 5:00 PM ON Tuesday, October 13, 2020. Your comments will be read into the record by the individual presiding over the meeting at the appropriate time.

VIA WRITTEN COMMENTS:

You may drop off your public comment at Borough Hall, 112 Ford Street. Please drop your written comment in the INCOMING MAIL slot of the box located at the front door to Borough Hall. To ensure timely receipt for the meeting, written comments MUST BE DROPPED OFF NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM on Tuesday, October 13, 2020. Your comments will be read into the record by the individual presiding over the meeting at the appropriate time.

PLEASE NOTE: Any public comments deemed inappropriate will NOT BE READ.
