Staying Committed to Containing COVID-19 We are one of only three states in the country that has flattened our curve while reopening our economy. We have a lot to celebrate as our counties continue to move from the Yellow Phase to the Green Phase in our reopening plan. Our collective efforts to contain COVID-19 is paying off, but our work is far from over. When we move to the Green Phase, remember that it isn’t a return to how things were before. We must stay alert to keep the virus from resurging. Under every phase, we must: •tWear masks in public •tKeep our physical distance of six feet or more •tWash our hands frequently for at least 20 seconds •tClean and disinfect surfaces often •tLimit group gatherings and crowds Masks Are Mandatory Wearing a mask is an important part of keeping COVID-19 from spreading. Everyone must wear a mask. That includes workers and customers. Remember, my mask protects you and your mask protects me.

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of West Conshohocken Borough will conduct Public Hearings on Monday, January 15, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at Borough Hall, 112 Ford Street, West Conshohocken, PA 19428, for the following applications:

          APPLICATION #23-09

Subject Property: Front Street in the Borough of West Conshohocken (TPN 24-00-01508-00-7) located in the HI (Heavy Industrial) Zoning District. Applicant/Owner: Innovation 411 Fee Owner, LLC.

The Applicant requests variance relief from Zoning Ordinance Section 113-123 to permit an extension of time to January 20, 2025 of all zoning relief granted by the Zoning Hearing Board in ZHB Decision No. 22-02 dated January 20, 2023, in order to obtain building permits to utilize the site for a research/development and warehouse campus.
