Staying Committed to Containing COVID-19 We are one of only three states in the country that has flattened our curve while reopening our economy. We have a lot to celebrate as our counties continue to move from the Yellow Phase to the Green Phase in our reopening plan. Our collective efforts to contain COVID-19 is paying off, but our work is far from over. When we move to the Green Phase, remember that it isn’t a return to how things were before. We must stay alert to keep the virus from resurging. Under every phase, we must: •tWear masks in public •tKeep our physical distance of six feet or more •tWash our hands frequently for at least 20 seconds •tClean and disinfect surfaces often •tLimit group gatherings and crowds Masks Are Mandatory Wearing a mask is an important part of keeping COVID-19 from spreading.  APPLICATION #23-05

Subject Property: 218 Brittmoir Avenue, Borough of West Conshohocken, Montgomery County, PA (Parcel #24-00-01840-00-8) located in the R-2 Residential Zoning District. Owners/Applicants: Jeffrey M. and Elizabeth A. Stanley.

The Applicants request relief from Zoning Ordinance Section 113-123 to permit an extension of time to December 31, 2024 of all zoning relief granted by the Zoning Hearing Board in ZHB Decision No. 22-03 dated January 11, 2023, in order to obtain building permits for a single-family dwelling on the subject property.

The Applicant requests relief from Zoning Ordinance Section 113-123 to permit an extension of time to December 31, 2024 of all zoning relief granted by the Zoning Hearing Board in ZHB Decision No. 22-05 dated January 11, 2023, in order to obtain building permits for the development of a self-storage facility on the subject property.
