Staying Committed to Containing COVID-19 We are one of only three states in the country that has flattened our curve while reopening our economy. We have a lot to celebrate as our counties continue to move from the Yellow Phase to the Green Phase in our reopening plan. Our collective efforts to contain COVID-19 is paying off, but our work is far from over. When we move to the Green Phase, remember that it isn’t a return to how things were before. We must stay alert to keep the virus from resurging. Under every phase, we must: •tWear masks in public •tKeep our physical distance of six feet or more •tWash our hands frequently for at least 20 seconds •tClean and disinfect surfaces often •tLimit group gatherings and crowds Masks Are Mandatory Wearing a mask is an important part of keeping COVID-19 from spreading. Everyone must wear a mask. That includes workers and customers. Remember, my mask protects you and your mask protects me.

Scheduled PECO work in the area

PECO will be upgrading and installing new equipment including poles and tree-resistant wires over the next few months in Upper Merion Township and West Conshohocken Borough.   The PECO underground phase of the project is scheduled to begin on Monday, October 2, 2023. There will be road closures at the intersection of Dehaven and New Dehaven with detour signs.  School buses, first responders, trash trucks and residents will be allowed in the road closures area, however there may be times where access will be limited.

The tree trimming and pole replacement projects in West Conshohocken will be limited to Union Hill Road, Dehaven St and Williams St. PECO crews may need to temporarily interrupt services to complete this work.  PECO will contact those customers in advance of any interruptions.
